How much should you charge for your writing?

You’ve written 500 words. Would you rather be paid $5 or $500?

If that sounds like a silly question, here’s something to think about: how much you’re paid is completely up to you.

No, I don’t mean you can charge whatever you please. You should charge what the writing job is worth. Unfortunately, many (most) writers see other writers charging ludicrous fees, and think they need to undercut them

So a writer charges $10 for an article, another charges $7, then one charges $3... silly, right?

Of course it is. If you’ve been pricing yourself too low, read my article
